Ihre Aufgaben

Planung, Steuerung, Durchführung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten von Prozessen in der Fertigung
Entwurf und Optimierung von Herstellungsprozessen für bestehende und neue Produkte
Entwicklung und Pflege der Prozessdokumentation, einschließlich Standardarbeitsanweisungen
Fehlersuche und -behebung bei Prozessproblemen, einschließlich Prozessabweichungen, Nichtkonformitäten und Anlagenausfällen während des Scale-up
Überprüfen von Änderungen der Prozessparameter

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung in der Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung in einer Produktionsumgebung von Vorteil
Technisches Verständnis
Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your tasks

Planning, control, implementation and coordination of development projects of processes in manufacturing.
Design and optimization of manufacturing processes for existing and new products
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures
Troubleshoot process problems, including process deviations, non-conformances, and equipment failures during scale-up
Reviewing changes to process parameters

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar
Experience in process development and optimization in a production environment is an advantage
Technical understanding
Independent, solution-oriented way of working
Good knowledge of German and English
