Ihre Aufgaben

Überwachung, Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Beschaffungsprozesses unter Beachtung evtl. individueller Notwendigkeiten aufgrund der geschäftlichen Tätigkeit
Aufbau neuer Lieferantenbeziehungen und Pflege der Geschäftsbeziehungen zu bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten
Das Führen von Preisverhandlungen und Lieferkonditionen
Pflege der Lieferantendaten
Erstellung von Auswertungen und Ableitung von Handlungsfeldern
Beratung und Unterstützung der internen Kunden

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen, SAP- Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Gutes bis sehr gutes theoretisches und praktisches Fachwissen im Bereich des strategischen und operative Einkaufs
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen oder produzierenden Unternehmen
Technisches bzw. technologisches Verständnis
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Im- und Exporten
Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your tasks

Monitoring and controlling compliance with the procurement process, taking into account any individual requirements due to business activities
Establishing new supplier relationships and maintaining business relationships with existing and new suppliers
Conducting price negotiations and delivery conditions
Maintaining supplier data
Creating evaluations and deriving fields of action
Advice and support for internal customers

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Confident handling of merchandise management systems, SAP knowledge an advantage
Good to very good theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of strategic and operational purchasing
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Several years of professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing company
Technical or technological understanding
Experience in dealing with imports and exports
Good to very good knowledge of German and English
