Ihre Aufgaben

Leitung eines Teams von Forschungsingenieuren, die für die verschiedenen Aspekte des elektrochemischen Zelldesigns verantwortlich sind
Das Team übernimmt elektrochemische Bausteine aus der Vorentwicklung und realisiert die funktionale Skalierung des Zelldesigns oder führt eigene Materialien und Komponenten ein
Entwicklung produzierbarer und skalierbarer Rezepte
Spezifizieren, Testen und Definieren von elektrochemisch aktiven Komponenten
Abteilungsübergreifende Definition der relevanten Testroutine für die Leistungsvalidierung

Ihr Profil

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich der Elektrochemie oder der Materialwissenschaften
Ein Doktortitel in diesen Bereichen wäre von Vorteil
Führungserfahrung
Erfahrung mit dem Design von Lithium-Ionen-Zellen im Hinblick auf Elektroden und andere elektrochemisch aktive Komponenten
Erfahrung mit der Skalierung von Technologien zu funktionalen Batteriezellen
Fähigkeit unter Druck zu arbeiten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your tasks

Leading a team of research engineers responsible for the various aspects of electrochemical cell design
The team takes over electrochemical building blocks from pre-development and realizes the functional scaling of the cell design or introduces own materials and components
Development of producible and scalable recipes
Specifying, testing and defining electrochemically active components
Cross-departmental definition of the relevant test routine for performance validation

Your profile

A successfully completed Master's degree in the field of electrochemistry or materials science
A doctorate in these fields would be an advantage
Management experience
Experience with lithium-ion cell design in terms of electrodes and other electrochemically active components
Experience with scaling technologies to functional battery cells
Ability to work under pressure
Very good knowledge of German and English
