Ihre Aufgaben

Entwicklung von Serienelektroden entsprechend der Zellenspezifikation
Definition relevanter Prüfroutinen für die Leistungsvalidierung
Materialspezifikation und Entscheidung über die Serienlieferung / Nominierung von Elektrodenmaterialien wie Aktivmaterialien, Bindemittel, Separatoren usw. zusammen mit dem Supply-Chain-Team
Empfehlung zur Konstruktionsfreigabe für die Produktion
Kommunikation und Koordination mit den Lieferanten
Änderungsfreigaben bezüglich Design- und Prozessänderungen
Abstimmung des Validierungsprogramms und Interpretation der Testergebnisse

Ihr Profil

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossener Master-Abschluss auf dem Gebiet der Elektrochemie oder der Materialwissenschaften oder ähnlichem
Ein Doktortitel in diesen Bereichen wäre ein Plus
3-5 Jahre Erfahrung mit dem Design von Lithium-Ionen-Zellen in Bezug auf Elektroden oder andere elektrochemisch aktive Komponenten
Erfahrung mit dem Design von Zellelektroden speziell für zylindrische Zellen wäre ein Pluspunkt
Teamorientiert
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

Your tasks

Development of series electrodes according to the cell specification
Definition of relevant test routines for performance validation
Material specification and decision on series supply / nomination of electrode materials such as active materials, binders, separators, etc. together with the supply chain team
Recommendation for design approval for production
Communication and coordination with suppliers
Change approvals regarding design and process changes
Coordination of the validation program and interpretation of test results

Your profile

A successfully completed Master's degree in the field of electrochemistry or materials science or similar
A PhD in these fields would be a plus
3-5 years of experience with lithium-ion cell design related to electrodes or other electrochemically active components
Experience with cell electrode design specifically for cylindrical cells would be a plus
Team oriented
Very good command of English and German
