Ihre Aufgaben

Weiterentwicklung bestehender Methoden im Projektmanagement auf Basis der Standards des Programmmanagements
Strukturierung und Erfassung von Daten in Softwaretools wie Jira, Excel, Teams
Mithilfe bei der Organisation von Besprechungen, Vorbereitung und Ausrichtung von Besprechungsagenden, Durchführung von Besprechungen und gleichzeitige Erstellung von Besprechungsprotokollen
Einrichtung von Projektmanagementsoftware, -tools und -formularen, z. B. Jira
Unterstützung von Projektteammitgliedern bei bestimmten Aufgaben, z. B. Datenerfassung und -analyse
Bereitstellung von benötigten Informationen und Daten, z. B. Finanzdaten für die Finanzabteilung, Stundennachweise
Strukturierung und Archivierung von programm- / projektbezogenen Aktenlaufwerken
Unterstützung bei Aufgaben des Programm- und Projektmanagements, Einrichtung von Projektbüchern und Erfassung der zugehörigen Daten, Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen, z. B. zur Ressourcenbelegung/-situation, zu Projektzeitplänen auf hoher Ebene

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Produktionstechnik, Finanzen, Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung in den Projektmanagementsoftwaretools Jira, Confluence, MS Teams und MS Project
Erfahrung mit SAP wünschenswert
Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen, Projektmanagement, Produktionsmanagement und Finanzen

Your tasks

Further development of existing project management methods based on program management standards
Structuring and recording data in software tools such as Jira, Excel, Teams
Assisting with the organization of meetings, preparing and aligning meeting agendas, conducting meetings and simultaneously creating meeting minutes
Setting up project management software, tools and forms, e.g. Jira
Supporting project team members with specific tasks, e.g. data collection and analysis
Provision of required information and data, e.g. financial data for the finance department, timesheets
Structuring and archiving of program/project-related file drives
Assisting with program and project management tasks, setting up project books and recording the associated data, preparing reports and analyses, e.g. on resource allocation/situation, high-level project schedules

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in the field of production technology, finance, project management, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
Experience in the project management software tools Jira, Confluence, MS Teams and MS Project
Experience with SAP desirable
In-depth understanding of business processes, project management, production management and finance
