Ihre Aufgaben

Einrichtung, Betrieb und Überwachung der jeweiligen Fertigungsanlagen
Mitarbeit bei Wartung und Qualitätstests an den entsprechenden Anlagen
Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten der verschiedenen Maschinenkomponenten
Umbau der Anlagen und Durchführung der Wiederinbetriebnahme bei Produktwechsel
Abarbeitung vorgegebener manueller Tätigkeiten im gesamten Produktionsbereich
Schriftliche Dokumentation der jeweiligen Produktionsergebnisse
Eigenverantwortliche Werkerselbstkontrolle aller ausgeführten Tätigkeiten
Eigenständige Herstellung und Anmischung von pastösen Massen aus pulverförmigen Ausgangsstoffen zur Herstellung von Elektrodenfolien für Lithium-IonenAkkumulatoren gemäß Vorgaben

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung als Maschinen-/Anlagenführer/-in, Industriemechaniker/-in, Techniker/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung in einem chemieverarbeitenden Unternehmen von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen wünschenswert
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Flexibilität und Teamgeist
Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Dreischicht)

Your tasks

Set-up, operation and monitoring of the respective production facilities
Collaboration in maintenance and quality tests on the respective equipment
Carrying out cleaning work on the various machine components
Modification of the plants and execution of the re-commissioning in case of product changes
Execution of specified manual activities in the entire production area
Written documentation of the respective production results
Independent production and mixing of pasty masses from powdery raw materials for the production of electrode foils for lithium-ion accumulators according to specifications.

Your profile

Training as a machine/plant operator, industrial mechanic, chemical technician or comparable qualification
Work experience in a chemical processing company is an advantage
Experience in handling hazardous substances
Independent way of working
Flexibility and team spirit
Willingness to work shifts (three shifts)
