Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Koordination und Steuerung von Förderprojekten in dynamischem Umfeld
Erstellung und zielgerichtete Steuerung der Gesamtplanung und Förderprojektabrechnung
Präsentation und Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts sowie Einleitung korrigierender Maßnahmen
Mitwirken an Auf- und Ausbau von Geschäftsaktivitäten und Unternehmensstrukturen
Enge Zusammenarbeit und Realisierung der Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager, bevorzugt im Bereich Förderprojekte
Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on Mentalität
Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse erforderlich
Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift

Your tasks

Independent coordination and management of funding projects in a dynamic environment
Preparation and targeted management of overall planning and funding project accounting
Presentation and documentation of project progress and initiation of corrective measures
Contributing to the development and expansion of business activities and corporate structures
Close cooperation and realization of requirements in collaboration with various specialist departments

Your profile

Several years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably in the field of funding projects
Organizational and coordination skills as well as strong communication skills
High level of social competence, motivation and flexibility
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality
Assertiveness, flexibility and ability to work in a team
Very good MS Office skills required
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
