Ihre Aufgaben

In Ihrer Rolle als Teamlead IT-Solutions stellen Sie vom Prozess bis zur Anwendung die bestmögliche Lösungslandschaft für die Firmengruppe sicher
Beratung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
Sie leiten das zentrale IT-Anforderungsmanagement und ermitteln passend zu den Bedarfen Best-Practise Ansätze und ggf. Entscheidungsvorlagen
Sie steuern das Applikationsmanagement, das Customizing und die Weiterentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt SAP S/4HANA
Sie verantworten von der Entscheidung, dem Kauf oder Entwicklung über Testing bis zur Inbetriebnahme den kompletten Prozess der Bereitstellung bis in die operative Unterstützung des Anwendungsbetriebes
Sie sorgen mit strategischem Weitblick für ein kostenoptimiertes, vollständiges, redundanzarmes Applikations-Portfolio mit dem wir für die Zukunft gerüstet sind

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium (idealerweise Informatik, Systems Engineering)
Sie verfügen über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus den Bereichen Solutions-, Demand-, Development, Project- oder Application-Management
Sie bringen mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung und die Befähigung ein motiviertes Team aufzubauen mit, um damit eine effektive Systemlandschaft zu entwickeln
Sie besitzen ein gutes Verständnis für technische Prozess- und Anforderungsabläufe, gerne auch in agilen Methoden
Ihre fundierten Kenntnisse in SAP S4/HANA ermöglicht es Ihnen eine Firma im starken Wachstum optimal abzubilden und zwischen Standards und Erweiterungen ausgewogen zu balancieren
Erfahrungen in Softwareentwicklung und/oder technischem Projektmanagement ggf. im Automobilumfeld sind von Vorteil
Ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Engagement ermöglicht es Ihnen durch Ihre Lösungen zu begeistern.

Your tasks

In your role as Teamlead IT Solutions, you will ensure the best possible solution landscape for the group of companies, from process to application
Consulting and optimisation of business processes
You will lead the central IT requirements management and determine best-practice approaches and, if necessary, decision templates in line with requirements
You control application management, customising and further development with a focus on SAP S/4HANA
You will be responsible for the entire deployment process, from the decision, purchase or development to testing and commissioning, right through to operational support for application operation
With strategic foresight, you will ensure a cost-optimised, complete, low-redundancy application portfolio with which we are equipped for the future

Your profile

Completed studies (ideally computer science, systems engineering)
You have several years of professional experience in the areas of solutions, demand, development, project or application management
You have several years of management experience and the ability to build a motivated team in order to develop an effective system landscape
You have a good understanding of technical process and requirements workflows, preferably also in agile methods
Your sound knowledge of SAP S4/HANA enables you to optimally map a company in strong growth and to balance between standards and enhancements
Experience in software development and/or technical project management, possibly in an automotive environment, is an advantage
A high degree of service orientation, strong communication skills and commitment will enable you to inspire with your solutions
